Rafael Bey, founder of Maretec, and co-founder of JTI Digital , MediaPro Zone, and RAJE Films, heads the DEMC Division of JTI Digital and brings over 20 years of experience creating and implementing “new media” communication based projects.

Starting with the founding of Maretec in the early 1980’s (a Marine Industry marketing and packaging company with offices in Los Angeles, CA and Boston, Massachusetts) Rafael Bey developed national and regional campaigns producing commercial and trade show reels in 16mm film and video for clients such as: (Short List)

Rafael Bey was co-developer and producer of the documentary “Women in Communication, The Last 100 Years” featuring Nanette Fabares, Lydia Heston, and Anne Richards as part of RAJE Films/ RAJE Productions

Rafael Bey (as the Director of Digital Production for JTI Digital, and MediaPro Zone) was project manager in association with Kodak and The Williams Company on the “OK Photo Project” which was the recovery and digital restoration of thousands of personal photos and records for the victims of the 1999 Oklahoma Tornados (documentary in progress).
Rafael was Digitally Based Systems Consultant for the Directors' Circle Filmworks and Arabesque Films, he was consultant for FX and Product Placement for such films as the “13th Floor” and has developed and produced “Captain Cosmos" of comic book fame as introduced at the International Comicon.
